    I am a big fan of Evernote. It’s a free (or pay if you need more storage) Mac or Windows program, web interface and iPhone app that lets you keep notes, photos, pdf files, etc. and access them anywhere.  In an update today they added location based notes… see the map above and you can read all about the updates at this link.
Anyway, I didn’t understand the value of this until I opened my own notes in the map view and there on the map were pins in Chicago and here in LA. I looked and it was using the GPS data in iPhone pics I had filed away… of wine labels.  It was showing me where we had each bottle! (map above is not mine, it’s their demo)
Technology and it’s unintended consequences. Cool!
