People yesterday were snickering about Chastity Bono having a sex change and becoming Chaz.  Perez Hilton is reporting today:

Chaz has approached a judge to legally change his gender on all legal documentation. With this in place, Chaz can then legally marry his partner, with whom he has been together for many years but could not marry because of the same-sex marriage laws.
