A woman identifying herself as a “Catholic Priestess” (can someone explain to me what that is?) is removed by the secret service at LAX because she expected to use her press credentials to hand something to the president.

Now I get that it’s a news story since it is a rare sight and it happened IN the press area so there were cameras there. What I don’t understand is… the woman obviously did this for the publicity, she’s already doing interviews… yet every news report I have seen feels it is part of the story to say that the letter was about her feelings about traditional marriage. Hey, news people… stop airing the reason people do stupid things and the cause they are promoting… you are being willing accomplices to the ruse.
