Yesterday at LAX we witnessed an event that I thought was a good summation of 2011.
A woman in a hurry with a fully loaded SmartCart ran over the foot of a woman sitting on the floor. As the injured cried out in pain the cart driver said loudly “this would never have happened if you weren’t sitting on the floor.”
