(Tri) Tip of the day...
Make yourself a mixture of 50% red wine vinegar and 50% garlic infused olive oil (which my mother-in-law informs me I could make, but I found in the store). Prep the meat of your choice (we use Tri-Tip or London Broil) with a dry rub of your choice and when you put it on the grill brush liberally with the magic mixture… repeat every time you flip the meat. You will not be sorry, you will...

HBO's Treme Season 1
What an amazing series, I can’t wait to watch it again. Great characters, stories and flavor of New Orleans.
Only thing I can fault HBO for is missing a huge opportunity as the series is not available on iTunes (hopefully that will be fixed soon) and there should be a music from the show available on iTunes the day the show airs.
iPad for travel
Our trip to Chicago last weekend was our first traveling with the iPad. It was pretty amazing to use one device to listen to music, watch movies, TV shows and fxphd classes, read magazines, read books, watch a concert video, play games and more. Battery wise when we landed in LA after using the entire flight I was at 83% remaining!
While in Chicago I was able to use instead of taking a laptop...
