Who knew?: Mount Disappointment →
In the course of watching fire coverage I saw a tweet go by that mentioned Secret Service radio channels were affected by fire on Mount Disappointment. Such a great name I had to google to find out more.

There is nothing more fun than watching the wheels come off the train and what better motivation than a book tour. I just want to jump forward twenty years and see what television will look like when (I hope) no one wants the opinions of old cranky white guys with twisted agendas. Off to buy a copy of Penn & Teller: Bullshit!

So instead of returning to a decaying economic structure, New Orleans is talking about revitalization, a buzzword behind the new energy in the city, carried by an intensity and idealism that would have bordered on indecent in the old, charmingly carefree New Orleans.

When she leaves the office they give her a “suitable for submission” report which Jenn sends to the insurance company. A few days later we get a “We’ve received your submission and will let you know” letter from the insurance company. Weeks later we get an...
