Verizon WTF?
Had Verizon high speed FiOS installed 9/18 and they forgot to hook up bedroom line. Today is 11/8 and they missed the THIRD appointment to finish the job. No show, no calls… nothing. The story is much longer and includes three other times when they promised to call me back and never did.
